We strive to engage in a friendly, yet professional, relationship whereby each client feels that we are providing a beneficial, personalized and convenient service. We are committed to conducting all aspects of our service with integrity, honesty and consistency. As fee-only asset managers, we focus solely on doing what is in our clients’ best financial interests, with no bias toward any particular service or product as a result of commissions paid or due to any other compensation. Our sole and primary focus is on helping our clients realize their financial goals through a variety of asset growth, asset management and asset protection strategies that meet their specific needs.
The TFG Client Experience
The TFG client experience is one highlighted by an open, transparent and communicative exchange of information. We follow a step-by-step process, designed to provide our clients with a thorough analysis of their financial situation and goals, as well as opportunities for continued feedback and information as we implement strategies designed to achieve their desired financial outcomes.
Client Contact and Responsiveness
When clients have questions or queries that require a response, we are committed to responding within four working hours. We will attempt to be proactive, approachable and responsive to the needs of each and every client.
We aim to answer all calls promptly and courteously. Calls will be answered by a real human being rather than a recorded message, provided the call is received between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding market holidays).
Privacy and Confidentiality
TFG Wealth Management respects our clients’ rights to privacy and security. We treat all personal information with the utmost confidentiality and privacy within our company. We will only share information with associates when necessary for the effective management of an account, and will only do so with prior consent.
Personal Account Management
We are committed to providing a clear and accurate summary of each client’s account on a quarterly basis. We will also provide current positions of an account at any time, upon request. We strive to make financial transactions easy and convenient.
Transparency of Services
We provide fair and accurate disclosures relating to all our services. We are committed to providing complete transparency to our clients regarding everything we do.
Response to Client Feedback
